Kayser Automotive provides Ford retailer
Kayser Automotive Group, of Madison, Wis., has bought its second Ford dealership in two months.
Kayser Automotive and Gregg Tank on Monday purchased Peterson Ford in Oconto Falls, Wis., from Toby Peterson and Mike Peterson. Oconto Falls is north of Inexperienced Bay.
“The Petersons have constructed a wonderful enterprise, serving Northeast Wisconsin for practically 50 years,” Sean Baxter, president of Kayser Automotive, mentioned in a press release. “We look ahead to carrying on that custom as we increase our S&L model to higher serve the Inexperienced Bay market.”

Wade Micoley represented the vendor within the Peterson Ford transaction.
Rising Kendall Automotive Group, of Eugene, Ore., has expanded into Montana, and it bolstered its Oregon presence final month with the acquisition of three dealerships.
Kendall on Oct. 18 purchased Robberson Ford-Lincoln and Robberson Mazda in Bend and Robberson Ford of Prineville from vendor Jeff Robberson, who retired.
“It was only a good time to hop off,” Robberson informed Automotive Information. “I wished to get off when issues have been going clean so the transition could be as clean as potential for the staff and clients, versus one in all our downturns. Robberson’s father opened the Ford dealership in Bend in 1957. The Prineville location opened in 2003.
The dealerships have been renamed Kendall Ford-Lincoln of Bend, Kendall Mazda of Bend and Kendall Ford of Prineville. Prineville is about 35 miles northeast of Bend.
Kendall expanded into Montana in September with the acquisition of Bozeman Ford-Lincoln, in line with a Sept. 19 publish within the Bozeman Day by day Chronicle.
